SDCTA Key Performance Indicators for Wraparound Services
The San Diego County Taxpayers Association (SDCTA) established a public working group with regional wraparound providers as well as other healthcare professionals to develop metrics that accurately and meaningfully assess the outcomes of local wraparound services. The working group helped the Association develop these key performance indicators that will help ensure best practices within the wraparound industry are illuminated and rewarded.
